I wish to express my sincere appreciation to the Interior Design Academy for all the knowledge and experience I’ve gained by undertaking the Professional Interior Design Course. This has, in turn, produced the most excellent result in developing my business.
I was impressed by the high standards of quality shown in the Academy’s attitude and ethic towards teaching and helping me be the best interior design I can be. My tutor was always prompt with any questions I had along the way and explained everything, step by step.
When it was time for my business to step into its own, it was the experience and knowledge I’d gained from the course that allowed me to achieve amazing results. As one of the directors at Allens Real Estate in the Cranbourne office, most of my work is through word of mouth.
I often visit clients just before their property comes on the market and to discuss ways of preparing their property for sale. We analyse the location of furniture, colours and updates required to make the property more appealing. Sometimes it’s just a simple decluttering that is all that is needed. It’s amazing how the little adjustments can make a world of difference.
My favourite thing about my job is seeing my clients’ faces light up once we have completed the changes. I once had a client who turned to me and said, “I think I no longer want to sell” after seeing her home set up for the photo shoot. She was so amazed by the outcome that she did indeed, pull the property off the market. But I honestly can’t express how happy it makes me feel when I see my clients achieve great results.
I will definitely recommend The Professional Interior Design Course to all my colleagues and will never forget how much the Academy has guided and helped me to become a successful interior designer.
