My name is Anita. I am a 32 year-old wife and mother of two small children and I can now also say I am an interior designer!
Now that I have successfully completed the course, I feel great personal achievement. This course has given me the knowledge and confidence to work alongside my husband as a Colour Consultant for his registered building company.
Being able to study from home was easy and relaxed and the support network at the Academy was helpful, prompt and non-judgmental.
I feel that this course has given me the extra confidence to one day branch out and start my own business in colour design. Throughout the course, I was showered with in-depth feedback from my tutor and extra information on every topic of interior design you can imagine.
I have also gained the knowledge required to design and renovate an ensuite for my parents, an area that was first daunting to me, but I soon realised what a pleasure it was to explore all different aspects of interior design. I was enlightened by the modules and assignments from the Academy.
I recommend this course to people of any age. The course is interesting, down to earth and suitable for those who have no prior experience in design to those who are already in the business.
