Living in a country town I would not have had the opportunity to study interior design, let alone have a career, were it not for the convenience of the correspondence course.

I started this course as a way to increase my knowledge of interior design and further my career opportunities in this field.

I feel that I have not only accomplished this, but I have also obtained the practical skills needed to become a practicing interior designer.

I found this course to be very comprehensive and the tutors to be most helpful with their constructive criticism and encouraging comments.

Living in a country town I would not have had the opportunity to study interior design, let alone have a career, were it not for the convenience of the correspondence course. I have also enjoyed being able to work at my own pace in a relaxed home environment. The course has also been of great help with colour selection and interior design in my own home.

The knowledge I learned from the course has also given me the opportunity to work in the retail sales sector. My first job was working as a showroom consultant for a large blinds and curtains retailer and currently I am employed as a showroom consultant at a major tile store. This would not have been possible if I had not completed the course.

I have found the training I have received to be an invaluable tool in both my former and current employment and I have no doubt that it will continue to be so in my future employment prospects. I plan to work for a design firm, specialising in residential interior design.

I would recommend this course to anyone looking to have a successful career in the field of interior design.
